Springtime Vegetable Sauté

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons local butter
  • 6 ounces local sugar snap peas
  • 4 ounces local radishes quartered
  • ½ cup sliced local leeks
  • 3 cloves local garlic minced
  • 4 ounces local shelled peas
  • 2 tablespoons local lemon honey from Larry’s Bee Natural Honey
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add sugar snap peas and radishes. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in leeks, garlic, peas and lemon honey; reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes longer. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
